Right Angle Art

A few weeks ago I found a fun activity on Pinterest. My students love to draw and color this year and I knew that a few of my students would benefit from something a little more artsy while studying angles.

Last year, I also had a very creative and artistic group and they loved using this activity for measurement during stations.  Click on the picture to see the Monster Measuring in my store.  Students select task cards and draw a monster at the correct height.  It's a bit more art than math, but they enjoyed it and would try to complete as many as they could so they received a lot of practice.
